Durante o mês de fevereiro, nos momentos destinados às aulas de alongamento e ginástica localizada, foi proposto aos idosos realizarem exercícios com halter de 1 kg e 0,5 kg - exercícios que auxiliaram no desenvolvimento da capacidade de força dos membros superiores. Agradecemos aos alunos pela dedicação e comprometimento e ao Prof. Lucimar por sua criatividade, carinho e atenção para com nossos idosos!
